PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLES 13-14 OF GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

According to the art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purposes of protecting persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform the following:

1) HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

The data controller is MULTIMAGE SRL in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office in Via dell’Industria n. 54 – Cavaria con Premezzo (VA) tel. 0331 219900  e-mail: info@multimage.biz

2) PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

a) The data you provide will be used to fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual, fiscal or accounting obligations deriving from the existing relationship with you, and to fulfill the obligations established by the law.

b) Management of commercial relations to the extent necessary to carry out the requested service as best as possible; sending of informative and promotional material, or use of communications purely carried out for customer loyalty by means of automated tools (e-mail, fax) and also using traditional methods of contact, such as paper mail and / or operator calls.

3) PROCESSING METHOD AND DATA STORAGE TIMES

Personal data is processed by the data controller and by appointees duly appointed for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 2) by electronic means and paper files, as well as by the use of security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and to avoid  improper access to unauthorized parties. The data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the  pursuit of the purposes indicated in this statement and will be deleted at the end of this period, unless the data must be kept for legal obligations or to enforce a right in court.

4) PROVISION OF DATA

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter a) are mandatory for the performance of the contract, will be collected without the need for your express consent (according to article 6.1 letter b), GDPR Consent will instead be necessary and expressed for the optional purposes as those indicated in point 2 letter b).

5) COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA

The accounting / tax data may be disclosed to duly appointed external parties who carry out activities on behalf of the data controller as an example: accountant, credit institutions and related external professionals.
The data can be communicated to the duly appointed staff, belonging to the MULTIMAGE S.r.l. group to best perform the service covered by the contract. No communication to non-EU countries is foreseen and dissemination is not foreseen (eg social networks, internet sites, etc.). The data controller does not resort to automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set forth in this statement.

6) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

 The interested party has the right to ask the data controller for access to your personal data or the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concern them, or has the right to object to their treatment, in addition to the right to request the data portability.

The written request can be sent to Multimage srl, via dell’Industria 54- 21044 Cavaria or to the email address info@multimage.biz specifying the right that the interested party wants to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address / pec to receive the reply. If he deems it appropriate to assert his rights, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the national privacy authority.
